By registering for this course and clicking submit I agree that I have read and agree to the following:

	I am responsible for keeping my records related to completion of this course for not less than five years.
	I understand that my registration period (beginning today) will last for a period of 60 days.
	I understand that due to the nature of ISSC's online programs that once I login I will be ineligible for a refund. If I have not logged into the course I understand that I have 48 hours from the time of my registration to request a refund minus $60 non refundable processing fee by sending an e-mail request to refund@52hours.com. I understand no refund is available after 48 hours of my registration regardless of if I logged in or not.
	By completing this registration form I am authorizing ISSC to charge my credit card for the full amount of the class.
	Lastly, I agree that I will read all the material fully and under penalty of perjury agree that no other person or persons will be involved in any way with my completion of this course.
