The course covered all the information in a very detailed format that was easy to understand and follow.
I studied the program by downloading the video’s to my computer, then printing and reading the information. I then watched the video for each section before I took the test.
I was able to read the information and watch the video all in the time that was set up for each section.
When I took the test for my license, I took my time and still finished the test in 45 minutes. We were not given the test results just a pass or fail but in my opinion I got a 90% or better. There were only about 5 of the 75 questions that I was not “positive” about the answer."

Passed the exam today - very surprised at the overall simplicity of the exam. You had me concerned with the in-depth course materials and extremely detailed nature of test exams. Many obscure questions, but fairly easy to rationalize or use process-of-elimination to the only one that made sense. Yet, there were about 10 questions I wouldn’t have had a clue to if they hadn’t been present of the test exams and study sheets.
Honestly, I walked away from the exam feeling it was a little silly, really. Thankfully, I gained a great deal from ISSC’s content design, direction, and course material/resources.
So I over-studied by a factor of 10…
Still I’m glad for the knowledge gained from your program – most of it far more real-world oriented than the exam itself. A lot of questions (nearly 20) on PAP and related commercial auto.. And a few more on yachts than I might have expected.

"I finished your pre licensing 40 hour Fire and Casualty course and 12 hours of Code and Ethics this past Wednesday. After finishing, I looked to schedule my exam in Los Angeles. The most recent test dates available were in March except for one open spot which was today. I decided to take the chance and scheduled my exam for today. I am happy to say that I passed with little difficulty. I recommend your courses to everyone. 8 years ago, I had my fire and casualty license because of a financial services company I worked for at that time. At that time, you had to go through the 6 days of classroom training. I can honestly say that I did not receive a quarter of the information from the classroom as I did with your courses. The structure is awesome!! I found that the best way to go about your courses is to print each section and read it. While time was still available, I went back and watched your video lectures. I feel the video lectures were the key to my success along with the practice exams, although for the exam I took today, the orange book that you sent had the biggest impact. Practice exams 3 and 4 in the orange book were very similar to the exact exam that I took today. All practice exams for Homeowners and PAP are very helpful. If I had to guess regarding the material that was given today, I would have to say that 15% covered Code, 25% covered Homeowners/Dwelling, 25% Commercial and 25% PAP. The remaining 10% would be miscellaneous with a few disability and social security questions.
With previous experience going through this process, I wanted to make sure that you know your program is the best. "
